My Mumma Mantras

Affirmation cards designed to support, encourage & motivate mums!

My Mumma Mantra’s Mission

My Mumma Mantras evolved from a desire to support mums, particularly new mums adjusting to motherhood and all the changes that entails. With sleep deprivation, lifestyle changes and significant pressures on new mums it can be difficult for many to maintain a healthy mindset and remain well. These cards address some of the key areas where many mums experience negative thoughts, such as body image, shifting identity and adjusting to change.

It is hoped that through regular repetition of these simple and purposeful affirmations mums can experience kinder self thoughts, start to accept change and let go of worries. More information on how to use these cards and maximize their impact is described within the box.

Clinical Psychologist and My Mumma Mantras creator

Thank you for taking the time to learn about My Mumma Mantras- this has been a dream of mine to create for some time! I became a mum almost three years ago now and boy was it a shock to the system. My little boy had reflux, oral ties and food allergies so needless to say sleep was minimal and it was a very steep learning curve. Despite reading many books and knowing much about baby development, this didn’t seem to help me in the middle of the night or as I crawled out of bed in the morning. Quite organically I noticed myself starting to repeat to myself a set of statements to feel motivated and in a better headspace to start the day. This soon became my morning ritual and I truly believe it helped me stay well particularly in those first few newborn months. Perhaps it was my background in psychology that helped me fall into this habit, or perhaps just through lived experience.  Either way I knew this was something I wanted to make available for others, in case it could help even just one other mum embarking on this ride we call motherhood.

So Mumma, let my mantras become your mantras!
